Today, we were all BUSY working hard around the house and in the yard getting ready for Hudson's first birthday party! We are so excited about hosting the party at our house for our family & friends..Jeff did numerous things to help out.while i worked on all of the last minute details...Off to bed to get some rest for a FUN & EXCITING sunday..not just any ordinary Sunday... a FIRST birthday party Sunday!!
We also had a scare from the 1 year old monkey, Hudson, he decided to unbuckle his high chair strap and stand up in the chair...bend over...and do a forward complete FLIP out of the high chair onto the TILE kitchen floor...scared me to death. I saw it all happening in S-L-O-W motion...tried to run over to him but it was too late..he was already on his back laying on the floor... It was a HUGE wake up call that we have an active MONKEY on our hands and that we must be on alert at ALL times... It may be time to put the high chair up and start using a toddler booster seat at the kitchen table!
